I called in for an appointment, and ended up waiting about 15 minutes after my set time - which, to me, is understandable considering it's not always easy to judge time with this type of service. I got a regular gel manicure and a 2B pedicure (pedi plus callus removal) and it cost $52, without tip, which in my experience is a bit steep (no tips, just gel polish). The lady next to me also got the 2B pedi and started at the same time as me, but her service lasted about 12-15 minutes longer than mine. The quality of work here is great and they have a wonderful selection of colors to choose from, but be warned that the pricing may fluctuate. There is a restroom inside, and they offer mini water bottles (which I kindly decline - go green my friends). The parking area is tiny, so you may have to park around the back and walk to the front.

I had an appointment at 12:30 they made me wait attend people while I had an appointment I should have been attend first , I had to wait 30 minuets to do my nails , I got manicure and a pedicure they made me bleed . On my toe and finger . I was very upset they made my acrylics all Crooked it’s not worth paying so much money for crooked nails & them making me bleed. Never comming back .

Great experience my first time. Chose this location because the excellent reviews. Went in early with a friend and they took us right away. Very sweet, friendly and they do a great job.

Qnail spa is one of the best when it comes to cleaness & customer service along with the best work from nails to skin & eyebros. there products are very nice and high class nail polishes . . . I personaly want to thank Hivee for such an outstanding job all the time.
