I was very pleasantly surprised to find Lilly Nails shortly after Lilly opened her own business. Today, after 4 years, I decided to Google the business to see how she was doing in the community. The results I found were as follows: Sixty-three 5 stars; one 4 star; one 3-star, one 2-star and three 1-star. The explanations from those with less than positive experiences ranged from putting fake nails on children and having them fall off - hello - children PLAY and PLAY HARD. No other comment on that one As for not soaking shellac off, could be policy of salon, client's time constraints or any other misunderstanding. Those things do happen. Lilly's has been compared to other salons in the area resulting in her being the best, bar none - not to mention the award from the Mountaineer for Best Salon by People's Choice Awards.
The less than a handful of others with complaints, I believe, have been embellished as they were being reported. Lilly is NOT the person described in those posts. She is sharp and professional and couldn't try harder to please her guests. 65 five star reviews tells the story! AMEN

I found Lilly Nails based upon their good reviews. Very pleased with the customer service I received. The staff are feisty, fun and kind ladies. And really works hard to accommodate all their customers. Cleanliness top-notch. I couldn't be any happier. Definitely coming back!

I am still so happy I found this place! They did an amazing job and were very attentive to detail on my nails. The atmosphere in this nail salon is very positive. I will be coming back to this place for sure!

I’ve been going to Lilly’s Nails for 5 years. She’s always been completely professional and done amazing, quality work. I have almond shaped gel nails and Lilly is always ready to make them look on point. I receive at least 3 compliments daily on my nails. Thank you, Lilly!

I've been going to Lilly Nails since she opened. Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. Everyone that has assisted me are friendly and personable. Lilly will go to great lengths to make sure you are happy. Never had a bad experience at Lilly Nails and recommend them often.
