Reason we make appointments is because we have a busy life. Hence making an appointment to fit in to our schedule. I don’t mind waiting one bit I am a pretty understanding person but when I have to wait 35+ minutes despite making an Appointment, yeah ..won’t be returning. It was my first time here as well.

This is my second time been in Angel Nails salon in College Place. Always feel very happy with the outcome of my nails. Thanks to Brian for doing such a great job and took a good care of me. I would recommend Brian to anyone . He is truly a great nail tech.

This place is terrible!! They don’t listen to what you want they just do what they feel like. I asked them to do French tip and they said they didn’t do that and then told me I would have to pay $11 more?? They overbook clients so they rush the entire time and don’t care about the quality of your nails. There is only one male technician and he’s extremely rude. He’s really rough and ended up cutting me several times, and to fix that issue he used a nail file as if it was going to solve the issue. This is the second time I’ve gone here, I had a bad experience the first time but my friend urged me to give it the benefit of the doubt. We both left feeling angry and dissatisfied. Do not waste your money here unless you want to spend time with rude technicians and end up with less than mediocre nails, there are plenty of other salons in town.

Rushed doing my nails, didn't make lengths even, and gel polish was not smooth over the top of my nail.
