I'm a little disappointed in what these shops are doing right now by over charging. I paid $50 for some very short nails that have 4 basic nail stickers. I was told that if I wanted them a little longer maybe 2 inches in total it would have been $75. The nail tech was nice, definitely does nice shaping. But $50 for some very short nails? I only came here because my regular nail shop was booked for another month. But I guess I'll be waiting because I will not be returning. I've been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and I've only paid $50 for nails that are designed and that are long. I just got my nails done three days ago and it looks like I already need to fill. I am not satisfied

They're amazing at both pedicures AND manicures. There were four in our group and all of us had an amazing experience!

They took a long time and got nail polish on my skin. The lady said she could do flames and she really couldnt. My bestfriend came in with a reference photo and they were unable to help her at all. We both had to change our designs dramatically and payed 110 total. Disappointed and will not be returning.

They did amazing but one thing i noticed is that my lady did get gel on the cutical part on my right hand middle finger and my left hand ring finger. other than that they did amazing I will show what i asked for and what i got (i did a fill so i got shorter)

Made a pedi appt for two ppl a day in advance. While making the appt, I asked if they could ensure that we could have our pedis at the same time, which is why we go together. They said yes, they could absolutely do this. We showed up for our appt and they weren't ready on time. We waited for about 5-min before someone came over and said I can get one of u started. We said, thank you, but we will wait till u can start both of us at the same time. 5-min later, they asked again and said the next technician would be ready in no more than 2-min. Ok, cool. I went back and they stated my Pedi. 20-min later and the other person in my party is still sitting up front and the technician closest to finishing is about to start a paraffin wax. At this point we collected our things and left. There was no apology whatsoever, and it was extremely offensive that they lied to customers that had the courtesy to call and make an appointment and specify what services they were wanting. This salon lied to us so their technician didn't have to wait, which just is indicative of them not planning for their appointments appropriately. We tried the salon in the hope of it being our regular spot, as we just moved to this area of town. We will never be back and the regular business we could have provided them is definitely their loss.
