Monique was absolutely lovely. I booked an in room service for the bride and bridesmaids at the hotel we were staying at. Monique and her team were on time and well equipped. They set up quickly and gave us great manicures that were still perfect 2 days later at the actual wedding ceremony. The payment was all online and super easy. I was able to set everything up from abroad ahead of time. I definitely recommend Monique and her team.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give this business negative five stars, I would. The only reason I gave them one is because I couldn't post this comment otherwise. My sister made a mother's day appointment for my mother and sisters, four people in total. She made the appointment for May 11 on May 2. We were going to use a group-on, but the owner said she would give us a better deal than that. We were so excited! My sister drove down from phoenix to go with us and we made sure my mom cleared her schedule. When we got there, the snooty girls told us that we were a half hour late and that they could only get two of us in. My sister tried to clarify that we were not late, and there must have been some mistake. As in the previous review, they made the rookie error of telling the customer they were wrong. They proceeded to explain that they had appointments after ours and that our appointment was going to be rushed as it was. I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my business. We told them it was fine because we didn't want the appointment anymore. They just replied "sorry". We waited for my other sister in the parking lot, and one girl came out and locked up the salon behind her. It leaves me to wonder....did they just not want to do our appointment because they wanted lunch earlier? Go to Nail Trix on Swan and Camp Lowell. They have extra people on Saturdays, are super customer oriented, and were able to get all four of us in within a half hour of the other appointment with Nails to Go Go.

my first visit was awsome withe the owner...but i came back to get my nails repainted stopped in at 430pm...no one in store...2 employee...one cleaning..the other picking at her nails....they look at each other and say were closed....i stated ..you close at 5pm....they said were closed!!!! really ....ok not going back.

My Fiance bought me a gift certificate from this place for Christmas to get me a set of acrylic nails. He was told by the employee there they did them and their web site states that they do too. I called after getting the certificate and got the run around from day one. I was told they didn't do acrylic nails and that no one ever said that. When i finally had the Ower MONIQUE call me back after over a month she said she could make a appt this once to do my nails. It took over a month to make a appt and than I had to wait another month before she would get me in. I have a child with severe asthma and he had a severe attack and was taken to the hospital not breathing the day I had to go in for my appt. I called after he was out of the hospital and he was doing better to let them know i was sorry I missed it and they pretty much said they didn't care. That they didn't care that he was in the hospital and that I should have called them because they were more important than a 9 year old NOT BREATHING. If that is how they feel about children and people and how they treat people they do not deserve to have a business. I can't believe another women would sit there and tell another person that her business is more important than a child's life. So now I am out of the money for the certificate I have and she is telling me now that my certificate is only worth $10.00 even though it has a value of $35.00 because she is charging me for the visit I missed because i choose my son of her!!!!!!!!
