The place looks very decent, but I scheduled an apt for 12:30pm and was told to wait. I overheard no one would be available for 45 minutes, which is unprofessional since I made an apt. I did not stay.

Im real picky with my nails and very basic, however my friend refer me to Emma at Venus Nails. Wow, salon very nice & smooth. Had no problems and she was very, very good. I loved my nails amd they lasted almost 3wks. She did the CatEyes & Glass (I was amazed). Yep she's my new nail tech going forward.

Horrible experience!ghetto rude ass girl did my nails. she painted my entire nail with primer ,which made me think that she thought I asked for gel.I said im sorry I think I told you the wrong thing,I didnt ask for gel.She proceeded to give me a stank attitude talking mad disrespectful ,telling me to worry about my phone call cause she knows what shes doing.I mean rude is an understatement! When I called to speak to someome about her customer service she answered the phone and gave it to her side kick that posed as the owner,telling me that my nails were nice so just dont come back to the shop again. of course it was the only African American chick to act like this at work with a paying customer that SHE has never met before!I will def not be back and no one that I know.Im not to worried though im sure im not the only person they've disrespected, they wont be around long!Its already empty as hell in there.
