Had to exchange two chains. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, courteous, and solved my specific concerns with helpful suggestions. 2 new & better chains. I was very satisfied.

They should be reasonable accepting return item. Afternoon swiping ALL my credit cards and my driver license, they said they could not find my credit card information. I am 100% sure one of the credit cards were used!! They can only return $29 for the item that I pay about $90. Joke. Joke. Joke. Let me find my receipt later and show them. No wonder people use online store. Local store: if you cannot compete with price, give your service to survive

This place has horrible customer service. Their is little communication amongst staff. My story: I was told I can keep clothes on if for 24 hrs and be left under the register for me to pick up. Well, I went the next morning and the clothes were gone. I spoke to 2 line staff and they were oblivious to where the clothes went, I spoke to 1 manager and she told me that they were moved to the fitting room. I went to the fitting room and the staff there was of useless help. I was told I can look for it myself. I looked through piles and piles of clothes. No, I did not find the clothes I placed on hold. It is unfortunate that JCP hires employees with zero customer service skills. I will not shop at JCP eastridge ever again.

Not enough clerk visibility or sales help or check out areas. I'm disabled and they wanted me to walk way to the back of the store to check out one item? I don't think so. They had more salespeople in the bedding and kitchenware area, but fewer customers. Now they have one less customer.

I love JCPenney's. I've been going here for as long as I can remember. Very courteous customer service and my favorite thing is ordering online and picking up my order shipping free, at the Eastridge store.
