I hate that I was about to pay and leave when this happened. Had it happened sooner I would have opted to leave after just a pedicure. I hope I have these names right but I’m basing them on the other reviews so Lord forgive me if I’m wrong. May is sweet. She does satisfactory work. Andy, however, has a petty chip on his shoulder. He is a bitter little man. Here’s why: a customer calls (I take this to be a good sign - business is booming, right?!). Well, he has the customer on speaker and she requests an appointment at 3pm. Andy curtly says it’s not available and she asks about other available times. He responds, “6:30” (just as snippy as the first reply), and she says that that’s too late. Again, he snaps and says to “come tomorrow”. She barely slides in her reply before he hangs up and puts the phone down as if he couldn’t be bothered. The woman he was servicing at the time noted that that was rude and he said “I am”. Flag on all the plays. Its irrelevant to me that I wasn’t the one on the phone because the point is that I very well could have been. It was random, and I’m convinced that Andy is just an Ice Queen who gives zero __s about how he treats people. I told him I won’t be back but I doubt he cares. To put the cherry on the sundae, your man Andy noted that he is a whole manager in the shop. The look on my face was every bit of “Bruhhhh are you serious?!” I just hope this saves someone else’s precious coins because it’s too easy to find another shop within a 5 mile radius that is courteous, at a minimum.

I have received a nail fungus from this salon!! Never in my life have I ever been infected with nail fungi until I received services from this place!! BEWARE!!

My husband gave me a gift certificate for Mother's Day he asked for a pedicure and a manicure and pay $38 for the gift certificate when I went to use the gift certificate I was charge $43 that included the gift certificate I'm not understanding why I had to pay five dollars more plus tip the certificate should've been the price of my manicure and pedicure Be careful and be aware about the certificates
