Best nail salon I have ever been to. Staff is super friendly and is accommodating to those that might be picky. (me!) Always offer beverages. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I usually only do drop ins, but have done appointments as well. Mimi is the best!

I went to get a brow and lip wax. Never been here before. They seemed like they were rushing and got wax on my lips. Instead of wiping it off they waxed it off!!! It started to bleed a lot! So she put a cotton ball on it and it stuck to all the way in my skin. I got up and left before they could touch my eyebrows.
I'm a musician and my lips cannot get injured. Now I'm screwed until my lip heals. It really hurts.
Worst idea going somewhere I'd never been.

Clean clean clean! I have never in all the years I've had my nails done been more impressed with the quality of product and service than here at #1 nails. My sets stay on for 3+ weeks between files and the nails are thin enough to pick up a dime! Love this shop and the people in it!

I've never been to this salon before but I was looking for somewhere that did the sns dip nails. My nails look great but the overall experience wasnwa that great.
There was not a price list that I seen anywhere, they charged me $40 for sns dip nails on my natural nail bed. That's more than I've spent even getting tips put on!
First lady who worked on my nails burned my pinky nail, she went over the same spot multiple times. And then she boiled water, put a metal bowl of acetone in it and had me soak my nails. It was so hot I could barely stand having my fingers in there. That was a first for me! Normally they wrap your nails with foil, cotton, and acetone.
Someone else finished my nails, she was very kind and gentle, my nails look pretty good. They offered drinks which was nice, and they had a big selection of sns colors. I'm not sure if I will go back.
