Came in after going to the casino down the street and got one of the best pedicures by a young man. Definitely becoming a regular.

Ok let me start of by say when it comes to pampering myself cost is not thought... I come in to this place looking to have a full set done I sat at chair one a young girl my 1st problem was that she took no pride in her job she glued the nails on sloppy which were (1) to small and (2) they were the ones with that extra curve I asked repeatedly asked for the crooked skinny claw nails to be fixed which as a paying customer I'm already compromising with her inability to do her job properly ... I tend not to react as an average person cause I've worked in the bar industry and know sometimes things get overwhelmed but when she give me an attitude for asking her to fix something I'm already dissatisfied with was just the greatest so now I'm on chair number 2 an older woman she does what seems to be a pretty OK job there were sides of my nails then had no nail polish in the creases and nothing beats that exactly 3 days after getting my nails done and even after a horrible service leaving a tip I'm down to let me count 1,2,3,4,5,6 nails I won't sit here and say I've always had pleasant times at the nail salon but this has to be the absolute worst ever I just moved from New York to California and this was the first time getting my nails done in San Bernardino and it was my worst experience ever I'm not gonna throw this place under the bus but I'm being 100% honest about the establishment and their service and how they treat their customers because at the end of the day this is a paid service they don't do this for free and people that come in there to get their self pampered probably work are for the money they give

I use to go all the time as a child and my grandma always got her nails with me. It has great memories and you walk out with gorgeous nails. They never fail to impress! Going this friday to get my nails done for prom!
