I wish they had an option below Poor-Fair. My friend and I choose this shop this past weekend thinking they would be nice and clean and good service, since they are in a reputable area. NOT! I don't even know how they are still open. From the moment we got there, they RUSHED. There was no one else waiting so we were able to sit in the pedicure chairs right away. I have never had a pedicure so quick in my life. We were in the chairs less than 15 mins. They rushed on the entire process for something that is supposed to relaxing and pleasant. On top of that, I got a full set done while partially in the chair then was moved to the male technicians desk. He was extremely rough the entire time, I had to pull my hand back at least 3 times to tell him it hurt. Then when I asked my total, they charged me an extra $10 for the white tips, that he didn't even paint! They used the white nails!! I've never paid that much for white tips. RIDICULOUS. And to be a smart a$$ he tells me if I don't want to pay the $10 they can take it all off (my hands and feet) and do a solid color. WOW. Then he speaks his language to the rest of the workers and they all begin to obviously talk about us! NEVER GOING BACK! BEWARE!!!

I literally just walked out of Nail Talk (Atlantic station) and I was just burning in the car all the way home, I couldn't wait to come and write this review. I gave them a second chance and I will not be giving them a third. The chinese guy did my nails and not only did he cut my finger near my cuticle causing it to bleed with his electric filer but when I asked for a simple stripe design he wanted to charge me extra, I declined and he still charged me full price for my nails even after I complained about how he cut my finger and had it burning. I was so disappointed with their service especially since I was so excited for my birthday nails.

Awful experience! I just went in to get an eyebrow wax and the girl that did it rushed to get it done, left wax all over my face and left hair that needed to be waxed. Not only was the experience awful but the place is a dump! The walls and floors were very dirty and the equipment was disgusting. There was trash everywhere and the chair that you have to lay on for the waxing is really gross. If I could rate this place with no stars I would. Gross!

I know the Nail Talk & Tans near Tech have a pretty bad reputation, but I was hoping that if I gave them one last chance, the one in Atlantic Station would be better, considering I was already dissatisfied with the ones in Tech Square and on Howell Mill. So when I decided I needed my acrylics off, I went to the one in Atlantic Station. I have never heard of anyone using the nail buffer to remove acrylics, and I told the nail technician this, as well as that the removal process was painful and that I would rather just soak them off like any other nail place. Well, she insisted on using the buffer, and a WEEK later, when my nails were still in pain, I inspected them, only to find that there was a visible difference in the thickness of my nails and then new nail growing in. Additionally, many of my nails had starting to literally PEEL OFF my finger starting from the tip, some of them as far as 3/4 of the way down the nail. I have never seen such terrible looking nails on anyone. This was over a month ago, and I still can't get my nails redone because they haven't finished healing from what NT&T did to them. I would not recommend this, or any other Nail Talk & Tan in midtown to anyone. The quality of their work is horrible and their customer service is even worse.
