I called as I needed an acrilic gel full set. I called at 7:30 at the time they closed as I was on Alberta Dr. Tony answered and told me I could still come in. He was finishing up a customer still when I arrived. He then took me at about 7:50 to start me. Even though he was already closed and the mall was completely pitch dark closed, he treated me like he had all the time in the world and we talked while he did them. And he did an amazing job on my nails as well for such a cheap price! I'm never going elsewhere now that I have found such a wonderful and talented guy. Tony is the best. Highly recommend him when you go.

If i could rate a 0 I would.. went in very beautiful shop, they took me right away & I’m very picky about my nails tellin him how I wanted them shaped, how long, what colors... etc , everything looked great, I tipped $10, after already being charged $45 for a Gel full set.. I go home after 4 days one nail pops right off! I call complain, I go in, they fix it... talking bad about me laughing at me... the lady doing my nails took a phone call while doing my nails made me sit there and wait for her to get done conversating... then I leave 2 days after 2 MORE NAILS POP OFF... I’ll never go there again.

They rush to do your nails and don't even do them the right way if I could give zero stars that's what I would give. They are very unprofessional I'm not sure how they are still located in the mall, you would think they'd have a 5 star nail place in a mall....

One star because there is no option for less than a zero. I just went for a filling and the guy, who clearly doesn't know what to do with nails, instead of changing the gel polish, he decided to cut my natural long nails SUPER short even though I said no, that I just wanted a FILLING!! The guy next to him had to jump and tried to fix the horrible mistake. I went to wash my nails, as they were going to paint my nails. The guy had the guts to say that he was going to charge more because he cut my natural nails ( i did not asked for that) He put SO much polish that it was dripping onto the table. Not only that but the polish was shrinking and looked awful. I told him he was using too much and he said that it was ok ( its not, i have been getting my nails done for 2 years). After i left, i send my daughter to get a cotton ball with acetone to get the 10 pound of polish off my nails. I had nail polish all over my skin! Worse experience ever.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is unprofessional. I went in and the guy told me to pick my color. He came right over and told me to sit down. Two young girls came in after me and he told me to move so he could take care of them. A girl came over and acted less than thrilled to help. She and the other employees were speaking in their native language and laughing back and forth - making it extremely uncomfortable. The girl then tells me that I owe $30. I asked her why it was $30 when the sign states $20 for gel polish. She starts to stumble with her words and states that she had to file my nails...so it’s $30. I didn’t buy her explanation but gave her $30. She looked at the money that I handed her and with a disgusted look said, “I told you it’s $30!” I looked at her and said, “And that’s what I gave you.” First, was treated like garbage and second, she increased the price from what was advertised. I would NOT recommend this place. Awful!!
