We have been in our house here in Jupiter for 15 years and have had Service Experts maintain our aging AC. Matt has been the tech that has been to our house many times over the years - he is a true asset to the company as he consistently demonstrates professionalism and knowledge - He offers suggestions and guidance without any sales pitch. I own a corporate training company - so I know good people and exceptional customer service when I see it. Matt represents Service Experts at the highest level. We have an original 1999 Lennox that is on its last legs and because of Matt’s great attitude, we are planning on having Service Experts replace our system in the near future. I hope management appreciates how rare it is to have dedicated employees such as Matt.

Ticket number 282835 James did an awesome job today with our home in Jupiter Farms! He was able to locate our issue in no time and was very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to any of my friends and really appreciate the quick response time!

I would have given them 5 Stars until todays experience. Service Techs all get 5 Starts but not the billing dept or management due to the following:
I have a 2 year old RHEEM system that suddenly has a leaking evaporator. Service tech diagnosed the issue last week and says it is leaking. This is sadly a common issue these days with RHEEM. He says they will need to order new one. He says, that the good news was that its covered under warranty and I will not have to pay anything because of the service plan I have. That seemed like good news.
So, the part came in and Chip installed new system. He gets 5 stars!!
When he called the office, they broke the news that labor was not covered. :-(. Total Labor charge was $1,250 for 2 hours to replace an evaporator core? I asked billing lady to please confirm. She verified that labor was not covered. She said, if I don't wont to pay the labor, she can have the unit removed. :-( Very sad.
First of all, I would like to have known ahead of time what the bill was going to be. Second, I've been using Service Experts for 15 years to maintain my A/C at 2 locations. Now, I get this type of service? I would have been happy if they would have at least given me some sort of break on the labor costs. But no such thing was offered. I really do not like writing reviews but I would caution anyone getting service, to re-confirm what the total cost will be ahead of time. Lessons learned again.....
RHEEM will also get a negative review on a failed evaporator that was only 2 years old.

326723 James Was extremely knowledgeable and courteous in handling our A/C service. He gave us some tremendous tips on keeping our unit in good operation. We highly recommend Service Experts and James!
