I got a massage for the first time at Grove and it was amazing. The staff was so friendly and professional. Complimentary wine topped off my girls day!

I had never been to this spa or any spa for that matter. I was given two certificates for my birthday from my mother in law. Each one lists the different services it covers. So I called and explained I had a certificate and that it offered a massage, I then asked if they offered prenatal massages. The woman on the phone said yes and informed me I would have to make an appointment for one. Now mind you it’s my day off and I’ve had a rough pregnancy so far, from morning sickness to migraines to not being able to eat. This appointment was the highlight of my week. I live in Nixa so I drove the 30plus minutes to get to the spa just to be informed that my certificate doesn’t cover the massage I booked. The snobby receptionist, Mallory, told me the prenatal massage was 60 minutes and the certificate only offered a 30 minute massage. I said I couldn’t pay the difference and she replied “well I’ll get this cancelled” not once was an apology given or a justification. I felt like I was being looked down on for not being able to afford the difference. After a hasty phone call to my husband I called the spa back to ask the price difference. Again Mallory answered the phone and I explained I had never been there and didn’t know the difference and was not explained that when I booked the appointment. Again no apology from her it was blamed on my ignorance for not reading the certificate, which doesn’t state that on it. Frustrated and crying I turned around and did the 30 plus minutes back home. An hour of my day off wasted on assumptions and miscommunications. I don’t recommend coming here. No one deserves to be treated with such distaste.

The place is so clean, and the service amazing. Very recommended.
That was my review a few months ago, but now I'm not sure :( they reschedule my appointment twice even when they confirmed before. I understand some times is necessary but 2 or 3 times, finally I cancelled the appointment and never make an appointment again.

Wonderful. Simply wonderful. I can't begin to describe how therapeutic and relaxing my visit was. Mollie, my massuese, with ten years experience was absolutely terrific. My wonderful wife gave me a Stressbuster gift card (three years ago).to provide stress relief. I could choose between a Swedish or deep tissue massage. The Swedish massage was a great choice and I highly, highly recommend Grove Spa for their professionalism. Also, thank you Mollie!

I love Grove Spa! They always try to make whatever I need work. Even just getting your nails done is so relaxing here. They really do put their customers first. I started going when I was pregnant to avoid salons with high fumes and I will never go anywhere else!
