Place is beautiful and clean with a very relaxing atmosphere! Staff were friendly and polite. Liz did a great job and was very friendly. She made it a point to ask my name and remembered. It was my first time visiting this salon and it will be my new place!! I was able to relax with my mani and pedi with a glass of wine:) Pricing was average and they take tips on cards.

I never write reviews but this place is a gem. I just had the best pedicure I have ever had by Rose, and I must admit, I’m a very particular person and know exactly what I want. She wasn’t afraid to really get in there and gave me the best massage on my legs and feet. They were closing 45 minutes after I arrived but still squeezed in a manicure during my pedicure and my nails look fantastic as well. They listened to what I wanted and didn’t just go through the motions. I highly recommend. Wonderful experience. Will definitely return next time I am in Richmond. Thank you guys :)

I was really trying to give no stars but this is by far the worst place I've ever been to in my life. They did a rushed job trying to soak off my nails and do a regular manicure. There was a conversation going on and I felt like it was definitely about me. I could tell the whole time the guy was rushing on my nails just so that he could leave. My experience was so bad and uncomfortable I was crying in my car and not to mention the girls in there are also rude. Because of this experience I will never get my nails done again unless I do it myself. And there is still acrylic left on my nails and the guy who did my "manicure" cut my actual skin. I was already having a bad day and coming to this nail shop just made it worse.

Great atmosphere and they make you feel at home. They remember your name and make each customer feel special! I drive across town because no Salon can compare.

Very classy. Staff is very attentive and polite. Gel nail polish is their specialty! Can't wait to go back 😊
