DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. If I could give 0 stars I would . I went to get a regular full set the guy who was doing my nails was very RUDE moody and like he was having a bad day. I get my nails the same length for $20 and he wanted to add $10 extra dollars saying it was too long. So avoiding a argument I told him to cut them short (even tho they were not too long because I had gotten that length before.) . He cuts them shorter and is still saying they are too long. So I ask the sorry EXCUSE of a “ manger “ to come over to see if they were too long ( which I already knew they weren’t ) . She literally did and said close to NOTHING to resolve the situation she just looked at my nail and looked confused and said something in Chinese. I could NOT believe she was a “manager” .... so I continued to tell the dumb nail tech that my nails weren’t too long and I get the same length all the time. He proceeded to take the nails off and then walked off . SOOOO RIDE IGNORANT AND UNPRPPFESSIONAL . I decided NOT to spend my money with them . But before I left I wanted to speak with the manger and tell her how rude her employee is . She couldn’t answer any of my questions or concerns and just kept saying would you like for someone else to do your nails. Completely ignoring that fact that I was telling her how RUDE her employee is. I asked her is he new ? She responded my saying “Don’t talk about him “ like she was a little kid. I then realized that 1. She is unfit to be a manger 2. There will be no resolution , because she pretends to not understand any situation and can’t resolve or diffuse a situation . So I left and went to LaBella nails . They are wayyyyyy more professional and can actually do great nails.

I've gone here before and have received ONE of my best set of nails. HOWEVER I went in the other day for my birthday and experienced the WORST customer service by a man that works there. He had his earphones in which limited conversation and his hearing... I asked for shorted nails and noticed one hand was ENTIRELY different... all the nails were shorter on my left hand... I guess I pissed him off by moving my hands together to show him his mistake, because he just shortened the right hand.
I ended up looking like I gnawed at my nails all day after he finished.. he came over basically dipping oil over my nails AND DRESS.
Long story short.. I got my nails fixed AFTER he pointed his nail file in my face while hearing me explain what I originally wanted to another nail tech..
I'll never be back. ESPECIALLY AFTER DISCOVERING BACTERIA UNDER 2 OF MY NAILS when I returned to my original nail salon in Denton.

Overall hands down! First time here wad a good experience especially for being on a Friday! My pedicure was really good for a really good price! Place is very clean and everyone is nice! My sisters got their nails done and they liked it although the ombre coffin shape nails are still on since Jan.26 2018 but the regular acrylic pink and silver came off after like 5 days not sure why. Nails arent damaged or anything so that is a good thing!

The margaritas are really good! As for the staff not to welcoming and I feel like if you don't say you want the dip nails they judge you for wanting acrylic because it's not as healthy ... He did good on my nails even though I spent almost 3 hours in their because the dip takes way to long and I hate how it's $5 extra for longer nails which this is really short for my liking but they do look really good!!!
Ohh and my pedicure was super relaxing she did a wonderful job!!!!

Bad. Many other places less than a mile away who do better service similar not lower price with a nicer enviorment. Pedicure area looks grundgy, not a relaxing environment. Went for pedicure and dip nails.
My natural nails were pretty long and healthy going in.Nail tech clearly not familiar with working with natural nail. Didn't soak of old dip, used drill. Used the coarse grit hand filler that's for false nails on my naked natural nails which hurt. Applied dip power messily, stilk have gel on cuticles on most nails. Asked for round nails, tech shaped them into short, crooked almond shape. Pedicure ok. Nothing bad, nothing especially good. Thr manager came to finish up my nails as the tech was working on another client. He did give a 5% discount as I was leaving. Not sure if that's given to everyone or was to try to make up for lackluster a nail salon experiance.
Overall unhappy with experiance. would have left without paying anything in the middle of the servicf all if It wasn't urgent for me to have presentable nails. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. 2 stars for serviceable pedicure
