Best service ever! RYAN saw me arrive and without hesitation came over to me and asked me if I needed mail service, when I opened my trunk!! He then proceeded to help me take my package out of my trunk. I was already impressed. He walked me through the whole process since I had never shipped a package! He gave me all my options and was very informative. Best service I have received in some time anywhere ! Thankful there are still places that think about great customer service! I will be driving here to take care of all my mail needs without a doubt!! Oh also, they open on Sundays!!!! Ryan Ryan Ryan!!! He was great!!!

We have been renting a mailbox here for about 6 months now & JJ, the owner, & staff have all been awesome! They're a small mom & pop business that is just starting out so they're going to have some growing pains as they figure it all out. As a business owner myself I can respect & even show compassion & understanding as they continue to grow. They have the best mailbox rental rates ANYWHERE in town! My only constructive criticism that I hope they can fix one day, is that they can find a way to give tenants 24 hour access to their mailboxes. This is something that is actually pretty important to me but as I get to know the owner & staff more & as they continue to offer the personalized service that comes from working with a small business owner, then I will keep doing all I can to support them & overlook this one item for now. My wife interacts with them WAAAY more than I do & she has nothing but GREAT things & praise to say about these guys! Keep up the GREAT work you guys!

Great service and friendly staff. The owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet in your life. They also offer a range of services beyond mail service from all carriers (USPS, FedEx, and UPS) and packaging supplies like boxes, packing tape, box markers, moving floves, packing peanuts and foam, as well as novelty items and an old school Super Nintendo for the kids to play while you take care of business. They also rent U-hauls and offer Western Union services and bill pay also through Western Union.

Very unprofessional. There was an employee there that He was walking around in dirty socks(no shoes). I just needed to print out 1 paper off the computer and the whole time that guy was making flirtatious comments. When I didn't respond to his flirtatious advances he then came up from behind the counter right next to me so I didn't want to sign on to my account. Meanwhile the owner did nothing or said nothing to him. . My boyfriend then came in to check on me because I was in there so long already. At that time the employee handed me A bag of cookies in a plastic bag and stated they were homemade. and my boyfriend saw how uncomfortable I was so we left. On the way out I explained to my boyfriend what had happened. As we exited I gave my boyfriend the cookies and he threw them on the ground outside the store. As we were in the car getting ready to leave we looked up and saw him standing outside with the cookies and it looked like he was writing down the license plate. He then had the audacity to come up to the car and stuck his hand in trying to give me the cookies again. My boyfriend leaned over and grabbed the cookies and threw them back out the car saying to him "what is wrong with you" and we proceeded to leave. I have no idea what triggered him to do what he did next. Maybe it was because I have a boyfriend, because my boyfriend is black, or because my black boyfriend threw his cookies on the ground twice that he attempted to give me. However within 30 minutes multiple Redlands police swarmed my apartment looking for my boyfriend for domestic violence, when all he did was throw the cookies on the ground. So due to an erratic employee fabricating a story to the Redlands Police Department my manager and neighbors believed my boyfriend and I had a domestic confrontation and this incident didn't even happen on the premises. So my stop to get something printed out ended with the police banging on my door. My boyfriend and I are still devastated by all this. No disrespect to the Redlands police department they were just acting on the incompetent information they were told by the business employee.
