Excellent, professional service. I’ve never gotten anything waxed before, but after being pressed by my girlfriend to get my unibrow separated, I figured it was time I did something about it. I won’t lie that I was pretty nervous going in, but the staff was immediately reassuring and made me feel a lot more relaxed about it than I expected. They were very experienced and took great care of my eyebrow. She and I can both safely say that they’ve never looked better. Pricing was also far more decent than I anticipated, and I’m sure I’ll be back if need be.

Excellent service, amazing quality of work!! I had no appointment and was referred in and came as a walk in— although they were extremely busy, I seamlessly had both a pedi, mani and even had my hair cut and styled perfectly!! The staff was professional , friendly and extremely competent! The owner , Cathy, made me feel special and well taken care of! Definitely not going anywhere else for all of my needs!!!

They did awesome with my feet both times, the second time I got my hands done and felt good but seemed rushed and is chipping after only a couple days. Will keep going for my feet though.

Really not happy about going to this place. I gave them THREE chances. First time my sister and I made an appointment for pedicures and she got hers done 15 min after our scheduled time and I was still waiting for half our. She got finished before I even got mine started. So I ended up not getting one. I went there to give it another try. I got gel nails and about an hour after I left I noticed I could see my nail through the color. It wasn't thick enough so I went back. They were busy so I went back the next day. They fixed my nails then 3 days later they started to peel from my cudicle. I wasn't happy with that since I only have hem on for three days. They took them off and was going to charge me. I said no I'm not happy with my nails I would like my money back. I went back two days later to talk to the owner and the manager said she wasn't in (after another a player said she was, so she LIED to me) the manager said she wouldn't give me my money back. Absolutely horrible I paid them and was unhappy with my nails. Couldn't give me my money back because it was "unfair" to the lady who did my nails (after I tipped as well). Just horrible they kept my money after I gave them three chances. Don't ever expect your money back if they do a bad job.
RESPONSE TO THE OWNER- I never said I was unhappy with my color. I never asked for a color change. The coat I had was not thick enough so you could see my nails. I asked for an extra cost which should have been done correctly the first time. I shouldn't have had to go in again for another coat. Alllllll of my nails were peeling off. So I wanted my money back. They were on for THREE days.. Very unacceptable. So what you wrote is not true. Maybe if you would have listen to what I had to say I wouldn't have written this post
