I wish I could give less than 1 star. I live close to the salon and thought it would be nice to give the local shop a try. I always get the S&S dip on my nails from a prominent BR salon (3 coats) and have been pleased as my nails look great for weeks. So on my first visit the owner told me I only needed 2 coats that her product was different. Also she stayed on a phone call on speaker phone the entire time I was there - which was a little rude. Well after a few days my nails were looking rough. I am headed out of town and stopped in to see if she could redo them - she argued with me that it had been two weeks. I explained that I was not trying to get them done for free I just wanted them done right with 3 coats. She started speaking Vietnamese to her husband and turned and walked away. Never again will she get a penny of my money. Please go to anyone but her, she is rude and does shoddy nails.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. We travel the US and I needed toe nail polish changed and a fill in. Toes nails was nothing like I wanted and I have white tip nails, I want my ring nail a solid color with a diamond on it. The color I picked was so easy but she would only put 2 coated and that wouldn't cover the tip and they didn't have diamonds. I've never had such horrible service in the 20 years I've been getting my nails done. $25.00 down the drain. And she spent a total of 15 minutes on toe nail and nails. She needs to just stay home.

Horrible!! I went there for a french manicure and looks more like half my toe nails were polished white! The female owner is a grouch and appears to have lost her passion for doing nails. I won't ever return back again!

Me and my girl went here for Valentine's Day and i got a manicure and my girl got a mani and pedi and it was $105 and we had to wait so long. Service was horrible
