Trash nail salon! Staff is very rude. Only one nail tech possessed the knowledge of properly doing fill-ins with almond or stiletto shape. Scheduling is done incorrectly; it’s based upon what each nail tech wants to do instead of chronological order of customers. This shop is a waste of your time and money. If it wasn’t for the convenient locatizon, this shop would definitely be out of business based on the abysmal customer service.

Fast service. He knew exactly what I wanted through just a simple glance at a picture I showed him. I will definitely return.

Never been more disappointed in a nail salon. I gave them 3 chances since i live down the street but this time was by far the worst!! Its like they hire anybody in their family, absolutely no skill required.. When getting your nails done you think of a relaxing pampering experience. This was EVERYTHING BUT THAT, they speak in chinese to each other the entire time, work on 2 people at a time, and have the nerve to do a rushed half job.. PLEASE LADIES TREAT YOURSELF DONT CHEAT YOURSELF

Lee is an amazing nail tech! I love a more natural nail and he makes my nails look like they're mine. He paints perfectly and my nails are flawless! The pricing here is also great! Most Chicago nail salons are more expensive. This nail salon is not new so they haven't upgraded the look in the salon yet. The smell is like any other nail salon to me and is expected when working with such chemicals. The customer service here has been great as well. I try to go at the less busier times but when I did go on a weekend they put my name on a list and followed the order.

They need to be more mindful of cleanliness and sanitation. The men don't do feet well and the females always like they don't want to work. Especially the older lady Kim! I had to stop giving them my money they don't respect their PAYING customers. I've found a new place! Good luck if you decide to go. Just know they recycle the toe dividers and shoes you put on after a pedicure. I've seen them wash them at the end of the night. Now they don't even take the time to wrap them in plastic they just sit there in the open.
