Well that was easy. I scheduled my appointment online and was able to get in for the next day. Filled out my info and so when I got there I checked in with my Driver's License at their kiosk. Appointment time was at 130, I got there 125 and was seen at 135. The office and exam room are large and clean. The front desk person and nurse were both very nice. The nurse got my blood samples and was a super expert at getting the vein. Thank you for great service!

Be aware of the check-in process, for some reason they make you check-in twice, if you miss one of the registration you can be seating there for hours. is lack of communication with a very easy fix "print a sign saying check in with receptionist too". Not to forget that Clarissa is a piece of spoil cake! My son an 11 year who cut his tongue and needed 8 stitches and didn't cry in the whole process of getting sew by the doctor. I bring him over to this place today and this "lady" made him cry. and on top of that me watching over her shoulder, she complaining that the problem was him because he keeps moving that kid has never been afraid of needles. I told her I have never seen him cry before because of needles and you got him to cry her replied back was “don't worry he survive” she was so rough that I honestly believe she shouldn't even work at a Veterinary office.

This place is horribly understaffed. I arrived at 6:30 to beat any crowds. There were no crowds just a few others in the waiting are. There was only one person in the office. She had to perform check in, insurance, labeling and drawing samples. So my plan to get in early has now taken over an hour and doesn't seem to be going any faster..

This place is always a mess. If you are going there for a drug test you might be fine, anything else and good luck.

I only came to this location because it is within walking distance from my house however, one of the Staff members there her name is Clarissa was extremely rude and unprofessional. Working in the medical field, she clearly has no sense of respect for any patient. Making rude comments aloud as if the person she is speaking about cannot hear her and continues to be unprofessional and have a loud conversation with another employee while while attending to me and I just stands there waiting and being made to feel as if I'm non-existent in her atmosphere. Clearly she lacks professionalism in a medical field setting and bestows a sense of "I'm above everyone attitude" should consider a different profession if this is how she presents herself. Very disappointed and will no longer be going for any lab work in this location.
