New to the area and hoped this would be my future every 2 week pedicure spot. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!
Where do I begin,,,, the Young Guy nail technician was horrible. He never really acknowledged me only a few times to say put in water or feet up. He was so involved with watching TV (soccer game) that he completely rushed my pedicure. I have never had a pedicure done in 25 minutes. Horrible service, nail polish was applied so heavy that it ran everywhere.
My 6 year old nephew could of done a better job.
I hope I might save others money with my review however this is ONLY my experience & opinion.

The place was clean and technician was sweet but I had a pedicure and a manicure, she made my feet so rough that even days later I cant get them back to being smooth. Also the polish on both nails and feet chipped the next day. I am very disappointed and will never go there again.

Im so sad because I had such high hopes for this place when I went there I thought I knew what I was doing because I got a nail replaced there before and it came out great so I thought I would give them a try instead of going to my regular nail shop So just starting off the nail tech cut my finger and made it bleed and after telling him he didnt seem to care and on top of that my two index finger nails are shorter than all my other nails (wish i could show u)I’m just really sad and Don’t have any future plans of going back

I went to get my brows done. I always go there. I've been growing them out to have a nice shape and thicken them. Apparently they are under new ownership becuse the girls who have helped me over the last few months, with growing them, are no longer there. I should have left the moment I realized that.
I've never had such a horrible experience - not only was the woman rude .. "your eyebrows hurt my eyes" and informed me that I should just get tattoo eye brows.. I have never felt so embarrassed at any salon. She completely ruined 9 months of growth by waxing everything but a small thin short strip. Before she started I made sure to tell her that I was growing them and said I would like them cleaned up - I will never be returning.

Rude, poor customer service, constant chattering between themselves, being obvious that they were laughing at my expense. When I told him he was being rude and I was uncomfortable, no apology.
Will not be going back. Place needs a good cleaning too.
