100% recommended... I got the 5 D cats eye and i totally love it. The service was very good, the girls are nice and welcoming..

We always have great service at US Nails. Jen and Honey take great care of us. You even get a Christmas gift around the holidays!!

I came in for a birthday treat to myself. As soon as I walked in I was rushed to pick my color and then rushed to get seated in a pedicure chair. I ended up sitting in cold pedicure water for over a half an hour and nobody came to work on me. Insted young kids that worked there would laugh and make jokes in regards to my weight in Vietnamese. Eventually I had enough and took my feet out, put my shoes on, got up and left the salon. The manager came running after me telling me they are now ready for me. I politley said no thank you and walked in away in tears. I never in my life was insulted like I was that day. I do not recommended coming here. I myself have been a manicurist for over 20 years. Never in my life would I even imagine to treat a customer in such a crude manner.

I have been going there for a while now and have high expectations for my nails. When I get them filled they tend to not go up very far on my nail and need to be redlined very soon. The nails are also not smooth and can be oddly shaped and I have to reshape them myself. Nice staff but they are normally rushing to get to the next person or just be done in general. I recently had a full acrylic set done and hours later every single tip had lifted off my nail. I went back to get them repaired and they simply put glue on my nails which didn’t do anything to help the lift as they weren’t applied properly. Very nice atmosphere and kind people just not high quality service. Pedicures are nice but manicures aren’t. I tend to leave with my fingers sore from being filed by the drill and having acrylic stuck to my fingers and improperly shaped. Shame to have to say these things as I liked going here but the service just don’t up to what I would consider good standards

I love everyone here except Tommy. It feels like I'm playing Russian Roulette when I walk in the door in hopes that he's not my service provider. He rushes the pedicure, cuts my nails jagged and unevenly and kicks me out of the drying station before I'm dry. I will only make appointments from now on so that I won't get him.
