They did a great job on my pedicure. However, I am so bothered by the fact that the nail tech used a previously used file. It had clearly been used MANY times. All of the other tools came out of a sanitized packet, however the file did not. Grossed me out.

Very nice salon. We had 3 pedicures & 2 were excellent. The third was started 10 minutes later, the lady rushed it (as there was a growing line of people) & finished at the same time as the other two. Doesn't accept tips via credit card.

I went with my two quiet babies. The whole process for a dip manicure removal and gel application was over an hour and a half, which is beyond extreme. About 40 minutes in, after finally the dip was removed, the manicurist asked me if I wanted a manicure or just a polish change. I said a manicure and he goes, “hm. Probably not. Just a color change for you” and I’m like, “no a manicure is fine” and I bickered with him a few times back and forth. I explained that I was happy to go elsewhere if he couldn’t accommodate. He ultimately did the manicure. However my nails were filed unevenly, like diagonally, despite me pointing it out and asking him to fix it. Also the polish was applied sloppily. Ultimately it has been about a week and the polish has already cracked and chipped. Parts are even peeling off! My polish typically lasts a month. The only plus is they have color changing polish for warm/cold. I’m very disappointed about the quality of my manicure, the amount of time he took, and the assumption that I only wanted a color change because I had to pay attention to my kids. It was unbecoming and offensive of him to try to make a decision on my behalf. They were just sitting there playing in the stroller. I will not be going back there again.
