I was going here for several years and loved Johnny and his crew. But now it seems like they changed people and the women are rude and sloppy with their work and appearance. I went there a month ago and the girl barely gave me a pedicure and was wearing mismatch Pjs with dirty hair. I thought it was a one time flop, so I returned on my first day off in weeks to pamper myself. I walked in and no one greeted me and I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to ask about getting a pedicure. The girl near the front desk finally spoke to me and I told her I wanted a pedi/mani. She told me to look for polish. I came back and she asked me rudely what I was doing and wanted. She then asked if I had an appointment- something she didn’t ask or mention previous . I was there for ten minutes already and we had spoke and agreed on my service, why is she acting like I don’t belong there? She then told me to come back tomorrow. Ridiculous! I returned the polish I picked out - wasting now 15 mins of my time - as I walked out she asked if I wanted to buy a gift certificate for some odd reason. I ignored her and will never return. Sad as I’ve been going there for at least 5 years. I suggest going to another place.

Always a pleasant and relaxing experience. Clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Looking forward to my next visit.

Every time I come home to see my parents and it’s that time to get my nails touched up, I come here. In years, I have only had excellent experiences. The nail techs are friendly, professional, talented and gentle. I have always been accommodated, no matter the service I request. Right now I am getting a GREAT calf massage wondering why I’ve ever gone anywhere else. Love this establishment!
