I went to Kim’s for the first time today. I loved it. They are so nice and mastered the nail design I wanted. Will definetly be back!

I left and my nail looked rushed and half of them were not sealed off to the sides of the nail nicely or are off to the side funny and they didn’t shorten them like I kindly asked. They didn’t ask me if they looked okay at any point, made me pay before they were finished and when I did ask to fix one she acted like I didn’t say anything at all and just went right to the next person.

They told us to sit down your next and then we waited for 40mins then they helped someone else.
