Excellent experience today! My sister and I came into DJ’s beauty supply store with intentions to compare prices with another store. After finding out the store didn’t have a my sister wanted we proceeded to leave. We were then stopped at the door by the owner. She took the time out to look at the hear that my sister was looking for. We were then pointed to a better quality product for a great price!
I am on the I am pleased as the owners take time to accommodate their customers. Before leaving the owner shared a little heart-to-heart conversation with us.
She even sent us off with a token of appreciation!

The guy who works there (Chinese old guy) is really bad. He doesn’t know customer service at all and is very disrespectful.
