Went in for a manicure. Nobody was there except workers. I was told they were too busy and could not get me in. She said they had over booked and since It was close to closing I should try another salon. It was four hours before closing. A man walked in and she quickly asked if he wanted a massage. He he looked surprised turned red and said no a pedicure. She looked at him and said yes, we have an opening. She walked away with him. We were both walk in's. I wonder what type of place this really is!

The people are nice and the place is clean. However, my nails were a disaster and didn't even make it 12 hrs. It almost looks like they used a crackle type top coat that made the nail polish chip and crack off. I went back and they redid them with no problem BUT the same exact issue happened again. They offered to do them a third time which was nice but I did not go back because I felt it would just be another waste of time. Also, on the second time she filed the top of my real nails roughly with a very course file that now has my nails extremely weak. Before this they were long and strong. Not good.

The place is clean, and well organized. I was greeted with smiles, and a friendly staff. I get the gel powder (SNS), which they carry a wide variety of colors. They really take their time in making sure I am happy with the shape, length, and color of my nails. The overall experience was pleasant, so I'll be making this my regular spot.

Went in around 2:30 for a full set. My nails came out different shapes and sizes. My thumb nails are different lengths. The bottom of my nails start of thin and by the time you reach the tip they see twice the thickness. This salon is more expensive then others so I thought I would get better service and boy was I wrong. My nails look the worst they have in years!!! I felt like it was rushed because they close at 4pm on sundays and had people waiting! Would not recommend.

I LOVE bella. I don't go anywhere else. They are clean, friendly, consistent with pricing and good people. I especially like the way Jilie does my SNS nails.
