I tried a dip manicure after my manicurist suggested it. I specifically asked if these would harm my nails and was told that they would actually make them healthier because its made from natural materials. They looked beautiful for the first few days but a week in and they were already peeling off at the top of most of my nails. I went in to have them fixed and they did it for free because its supposed to last 4 to 6 weeks. Less than a week of having them fixed two of the nails completely came off and I didn't have time to sit for over an hour a third time to have them fixed. They were soaked off with acetone partially drilled off and I cannot say how upset I am at the condition of my nails. They are so thin I have to cut them extremely close or they just bend like paper or tear (very painful). It was a waste of money, my nails look awful and will take a long time to be healthy again. I even messaged the salon and they didn't reply or apologize.

Saturday morning 7/20 First time coming and recommend by two people. Absolutely HORRIBLE & WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I get a pedicure and the guy did not scrub my feet well at all! I still have dead skin on the bottom of my feet 🦶🏻 I ask for a pink tint for my white tip. I did not receive it because I am guessing he does not understand English. Now my nails the lady rushed through my nails and did not get the residue from under my nails and she went back waxing on another lady before she finished me. I check out and told the young lady who always seem lost the entire time I am in there my concern on the service they provide me she respond by I am sorry and I will let him know and still charged me full price. So I called and ask to speak to the manager after I left and she said come back in and we will fix it but I don’t have the time to come back and she said well ok and ended the call. I told the manager I would leave a review and she said ok. THE ABSOLUTELY WORSE SERVICE I HAVE HAD AT NAIL SHOP IN MY LIFE AND I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! No, don’t go here if you are looking for a new nail shop!!! Lastly they did a horrible job on my sister toes as well and left a residue on her toes also!

Not happy at all that the shellac didn’t last a week, it was chipping before a full 7 days. For the price I paid it should’ve lasted at least 2 full weeks, compared to others he didn’t coat it enough. Bright side was I didn’t have to wait and the staff was polite.

Great and friendly service! Vicky was awesome! I definitely will be back!... And I love the fact that you can have wine while you're getting pampered!

I’ve been coming here for over two years and absolutely love this place. Great people, awesome selection of colors, and even with a packed house they get you In and out in a timely matter. I recommend them any chance I get👍🏼👍🏼
