HORRIBLE. I will never return. I go to the nail spa to relax, unwind, and feel pampered. I did not feel any of those things while at this nail lounge. I wanted a shellac manicure and pedicure. Instead of sitting me in a massage chair and starting on my manicure I had to sit at the table. I wanted to relax and enjoy a massage and let my feet soak. The nail tech was so rude, she kept huffing and puffing as if she didn’t want to do my nails. I was never offered a drink and my nails looks at if they are 3 weeks old. I got them done yesterday. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! I called and was told no appointment was needed for 2 Acrylic appointments and a Pedi. Once arrived I was greeted in the front desk by a rude older male who I assume was the manager. I told him what I was there for and was turned away due to “there’s no more”. So I was confused and asked “no more” what ??? Acrylics ??? After he rudely looked me up and down responded “yeah”. I stood there in a blank expression while he looked at me in what I could only describe as despise. I will never go back. The staff needs some serious customer service training.

Great experience. Staff was friendly and clean! The scenery was beautiful as well as peaceful. Highly recommend. Betty did a wonderful job with my nails! Thanks again awesome staff.

So my husband and I get pedicures pretty regularly this was by far one of the worst I've gotten. The water was room temperature. We got the one just under the most expensive. It was to include hot stone massage and the wax. Well the wax wasn't exactly melted so they just squished it between our toes. Then the stones were not even remotely warm and I guess you could call them just running their hands up and down your leg/feet with zero pressure a massage. The nail color selection was ok. They never cleaned under either of our toenails or file them. And it has only been 2 days and all my color is chipping off. So we paid $90 for us to soak our feet in some cold water and me to get a crappy polish change. Save your money and go somewhere else.
