Chastity was 45 minutes late. I had scheduled an appointment at a specific time and was made to sit and wait almost an hour after said time. This hair dresser not only was impolite but also unprofessional. If you schedule someone in and offer them an appointment, either keep that time or come out and let the client know you are running late and apologize. Instead I had to walk back to where she was with a client and let her know I was still here and all she said was “I’ll be with you in a minute.” A “minute” took 45 minutes. When she was finally ready I went back to meet her and during the time that she was blow drying my hair she proceeded to make a personal call and gossip with one of her friends on the phone, drying my hair and brushing it (painfully) with one hand. She didn’t speak to me at all unless I tried to initiate a conversation about her. She seemed very self absorbed and cold. Not what I’ve experienced at other salons at all. It’s just basic customer service. While the hair cut itself was fine, I was not impressed by the “care” she puts into her clients and won’t be returning.

I just moved back to Crowley after being gone for 30 years. I have moved many times and it is always difficult to find a great hair stylist but I'm so pleased and excited to have found Chastity and her adorable salon right here in town!!! She is a charming and friendly person and made me feel like I was being welcomed into her home!! I loved my haircut and feel that she has great expertise and a wonderful knowledge about hair. I also think her prices are reasonable. I went to a couple of salons in Lafayette that were more expensive and I was disappointed in my haircut. I loved Spa Maison and would highly recommend it to anyone!!

Nice place! Too expensive for just a hair cut, no wash $30. 10$ for eye brow was reasonable and she did good!
I felt uncomfortable, not sure if it was the music being complete christian music, or the lady not having much of a personality.
