I actually left another salon across from my apartment to drive 15 minutes to Louisville Nails & Spa because Lin and Phoenix are so great! They clearly care so much about what they do and pay such close attention to every little detail when they do your nails or a pedicure even if a customer is waiting or they have been there for twelve hours. The prices are great and their work always lasts forever! At other salons, I’ve found in rude when nail technicians communicate with one another in other languages but I’ve never heard them do that to customers in the three years I’ve been coming to them. They really talk to you and see you as a person rather than a customer. This spa is nice in comparison to others. The massage chairs are great and Lin always lets me sit in them as I wait for friends even if I’m not getting a pedicure, ha. They also offer you water and candy. I love the designs they do and they have so many colors both gel and regular polish. I’m constantly bringing friends here and they all never go anywhere else after. I love this place! Definitely go!

I flew into Louisville for the Derby. I needed to find a salon last minute to fix and re-do my nails. This salon wasn’t close to where I was staying downtown (about 10-15 min), but they were so accommodating over the phone & able to get me in when I needed. All the other salons I had called were telling me at least a three hour wait.
Bill helped me fix my nails and suggested the best way to go so that they would be low maintenance in the future. I appreciated that. He took his time and was very detailed- making sure every nail was stripped of any fuzz or bumps. He did an amazing job and my nails turned out EXACTLY how I wanted!
Every person I spoke with at the salon was very friendly and nice. I truly appreciate their kindness and ability to get me in when I wanted to come in. I highly recommend this salon, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been using Lin as a nail tech for several years. I have been satisfied and super pleased with her services. Her and her nail techs go over and be on the requirements to satisfy me and others. If someone is unhappy with their experience they should let the owner or manager know so they can fix it immediately instead of hiding behind and the Internet. Also she does such an awesome job that my nails last longer than a month which most technicians would do an average job so that I would have to come in more often and spend more money.

Super nice staff! And very current on the nail trends. I worked with Lynn she was friendly and professional, made sure my nails were super clean and perfect. Every one here does a good job! I came all the way from Lexington and I will be back!!

It's taken me 3 days to sit down and write this review but I knew I loved every thing about this place the second I walked in, next time I'll make an appointment! Great service, great atmosphere, professional technicians, great color selection 🤗 I just couldn't be happier. I travel a ton so whenever I'm in town this will be a stop for sure! Great job guys!
