It really depends on who services you. Some of the employees are professional and/or have good customer service skills and others don’t. Regardless of who does your work it normaly comes out exceptional. I’ve never left there unpleased with the outcome of any of their work. I have left there multiple times after being serviced by someone who has been less than professional and rude. The same two ladies on more than one occasion have made me want to give them a peice if my mind. Then other times I’ve gotten the real nice workers and have had a great all around experience. All in all I think ppl return, because they do a good job and there isn’t much competition in the small town. I continue to go for that reason.

The lady that did my pedicure was so rude. Didn't say hi, was on her phone most of the time and was careless while waxing my eyebrows. Won't be going back.
