The customer is terrible. I walked in no one greeteed me but everyone looked straight at me. I waited for about 5 minutes after someone finally asked can they help me after numerous people entered. I actually really like the way they do my nails when I come. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Customer services sucks!!!

I had amazing customer service right when I walked in they seated me. And my nails were perfect! The lady was very kind and made sure I liked them. I will definitely be coming back!

I am new to the area. After trying 2 other nail salons I went there for the first time. Monica the manager was helpful and friendly. Barely any wait time. Jenny was great! She did my pedicure and full set. She paid attention to detail, her work was very great, and she was friendly. I definitely found my new nail salon.

This was the first ever bad experience I have ever had with a nail shop. I like how she did my nails but the customer service all around turned me off. I felt rushed and was trying to do my mommy and me time with my 4 year old daughter and the lady acted like she didnt want to do our pedicures! Said my daughter wouldnt sit still for it. Then said they are busy, like ai wasnt a paying customer. I usually tip well too! That is not her call to make. My daughter has been to a salon before and does really well for that. If she didnt start my nails already I would have walked out! Wouldn’t even let my daughter get her nails painted next to me. So we left there and went to another salon that welcomed us and gave my daughter a pedicure along with mine. I will never return there for that reason!

Poor customer service. I walked in to get my nails done and was welcomed by no one. A lady that was playing on her phone said something to the effect of “have a seat” so I sat down and waited a good 30 minutes while two technicians, including the lady that told me to have a seat, sat around doing nothing. At one point I assumed they had forgot about me. Finally, a lady told me to come sit in her chair. She did a decent job, was a little rough but I’ve had worse. The nail file she used was absolutely disgusting, there’s no way it was sanitary. Unfortunately, the very next morning I had a nail tip break completely off. I went back to have it fixed and she kept implying that it was my fault that it broke. I ignored her because she was working on my nails, but she still did a half hearted attempt to fix it. Now the nail is significantly shorter and is basically just misshapen acrylic. She was also too lazy to wait for the paint to dry on the nail before putting on the top coat so there are a bunch of bubbles in the paint. I gave them two stars because at least they didn’t charge me for the fix.
