The owner did my friends nails in less than 20 minutes. She was in a rush for some reason. After she was done she took a nap on the table. I got a guy. He hurt my a couple times so I would move bc it hurt and then he would yell “DONT MOVE” he told me to wash my hands and I didn’t u first and him so he got mad at me and yelled. My thumb isn’t really shaped that well but I like the colors.

Nice place but DO NOT allow the owner to do your nails. She will rush the job. Best one there is the guy name Kenny.

I used to love going here, but the last few times I went they were extremely rude. Three nail techs were in the corner on their phones not doing anything. One of them (whose done my nails before and caused me to bleed) comes up to me and my friend saying "sorry for the wait but itll be a little longer cause her and the other nail techs on their phones dont know how to do fake nails" but shes done my nails before. But whatever I wasnt in a rush so I waited. I always get my nail shape as stiletto but I want to try something different and asked for square. The nail tech did not shape my nails. She cut them to long. Didn't file or shape them in a square and when I ask her to please file and shape them a little she got mad and charged me an extra 5 dollars. And after that everytime I went they always had an attitude and were rude.

Nina did my hands, pretty good job not perfect. I did the dip for the first time and she missed the edges on a couple nails. I didnt complain because its not a huge deal but i noticed it. She picked up my sunglasses and got nail polish on them but by the time I noticed it was dried and stuck to my wallet, she denied it was her fault. I mean I got dip so obviously it wasnt me but whatever. When i went over to the pedi area she handed me over to a guy, he was very uninterested and careless. Very heavy handed, the massage at the end hurt. Every time I asked a question he answered like he was annoyed and started speaking Vietnamese, and I could tell he wasnt being profesional because the other nail tech looked at me every time. Anyway I would return to try again, but a different nail tech for both services.
