I live in the same building as Elle Nails & Spa and go here regularly. I’ve been more regular in the last year but have lived here since 2015. This shop has always met my needs. They are very kind. The wife of the shop speaks great English and she is always talking to all the customers making sure they are happy. I had a new girl do my pedicure several weeks ago and again tonight. She did a fantastic job. Very sweet young lady. I feel that if you don’t have an appointment and your walking in then you should not complain about wait times. I never make an appt and find amazing service when I just walk in. All nail shops have their issues. This one by far has been good consistently. Keep up the good work!

I use to be a faithful customer. Customer service is huge to me and it doesn't cost a thing to speak when a customer enters your shop. The technician was extremely rough and caused my nail to bleed. She was nippy and as a result, I was unable to relax and enjoy the service. In fact, I waited over an hour for someone to finally get to me. My plan was to get the jelly pedicure (which costs a little more). The technician never asked me what I wanted. She just started working on my toes. In conclusion, I would not recommend this facility.

This nail salon is in a great area, but the waiting time is ridiculous and they definitely don’t have any employees. They make you wait standing up and after you waited standing up and if you’re getting a pedicure they make you wait even more on the chair with water. They aren’t even friendly and only 3 of the of the 6 employees can speak English. It’s hard communicating with everyone and even telling them what you want is hard because you have to get one of the other employees that understand English to translate for you. It’s was a very frustrating visit I advice everyone that wants to go there to have a free day because they will take more than 2 hours. Calling for an appointment doesn’t even matter they are running so late that the client won’t get their service on time. Another thing I experienced was that they leave the water running on hot that you can’t even put your feet in. They won’t notice after they see you with your feet out of the bowl. I will not be coming back to this salon and I advice you to not come either.

i use to go there faithfully BUT NOW.. NO!!! the wife of the store was nice at first but then she turned. i would ask for her to do my nails and she still would make her husband do my nails and he doesn't really know how to do the shape i want. But the worst part is i always feel disrespected when i go there due to there rudeness. i always have glue on my fingers when i leave, and pain from when he does my acrylic nails.
At first they were nice and sweet. but out of nowhere i felt like when i walk in they get mad from the start. this is when its slow and busy. They lost a regular customer.

Waited for my pedicure for 20 mins before they helped me. So my water was cold. I asked for warmer water. Never got it. Girl was incredibly rough and it hurt to get my manicure/pedicure. Polish isn’t smooth. Will not be back.
