Very beautiful salon and very nice employees but technician I had was not very skilled. Technician did not remove all of the gel I had on originally so my nails are uneven and bubbly looking. Nail Polish is on all of my fingertips and sides of nail. I asked for nails to be square and half way through stopped the tech because I noticed they were rounding out my nails. Now my nails are short and have an uneven rounded/square look. It looks like I painted and shaped my nails myself. Unfortunately because the tech filed the nails after being painted (which is a usual practice) my nails have been catching and snagging my shirt too. There might be better techs at Nail Fever; however, I will be going back to my usual spot down the street since they are cheaper and do a much better job.

I came in and was greeted with a smile and i was showned to a waxing room. Clean, I felt comfortable laying on the waxing chair. Clean environment, clean place. Eye brow wax experience was pleasant, the wax was warm not hot, that's a plus. And the lady took her time to make sure she did my brows nice. After i was done, i got another smile and had a nice talk with the lady. She thanked me for coming. Not bad.

I need a pedicure badly so I decided to check the place out. Since it was only 5 min away from my place of work, I went there at lunchtime. The gentlemen who greeted me was very nice and I was in the pedicure chair within minutes. The pedicurist came over and started offering me pricey pedicures and after me saying “ no thank you” 4 times finally left me alone. She looked mad because I did not pick an expensive pedicure and I think that’s why she did not perform a good service. My whole pedicure lasted 15 minutes... 😟
Due to some personal affairs I was not able to get pedicure done for a couple of month and I needed one badly so I was very upset when she was done in 15 minutes. She did not do anything!!! And she cut my toe nails the way that I cannot wear open toe shoes for like a month. I was very disappointed.
When I went to pay she asked me several times about the tip which I was going to leave regardless of her service but it’s just so annoying when you are so unhappy.
This was my first time at the salon. I cannot say if everyone there is performing the same service or not and I don’t know what the ladies mane was but I definitely not coming back. What I got was not worth of $26!!!

The experience was sub par. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted or anything. The person just sat there on the phone until she was done with her call thennnn she acknowledged me.... I should’ve known it would go down hill from there..The lady that did my pedicure was a little rough and the toe nail wasn’t even painted all the way. I asked the lady that did my nails to do a design on one nail, when I showed her the picture she laughed and said “I’ll try”.......
Needless to say the design looks horrible. I just paid my money and left. I didn’t even want to deal with trying to have either of the girls fix anything.

Had a very good first experience at Nail Fever! Everyone seemed very personable and greeted you as you entered. The young woman that did my pedicure Nhi, was very pleasant and did a great job. I will definately be back!
