I asked for a pedicure and manicure upon arriving and was taken to a chair right away. I asked for a price menu and it was given to me
as it is not posted. (First red flag!) I requested the deluxe pedicure for my feet because I was never asked after he started. A few minutes later, I requested the basic manicure for my next service. The man called someone over and after talking in Korean, she told me that my pedicure would be $40, not $35, like the brochure stated, and that my basic manicure would be $15, not $12, like the brochure stated. Why even bother giving out a brochure? Why not post your prices? Why was this stated after my manicure request and not my pedicure request? There was something kind of shady about that and I do not do business with shady people. I will not go back there.

Not the greatest, 0 conversation, asked for round nails twice and still got square, women pulling on my arm, hard, to get it where she wanted it, chair were too tall for nail table, super uncomfortable

Friendly, clean, in & out. Their Pedi chairs are awesome.

I've been here a few times since I moved to Sturtevant and I was never impressed but kept going since it was the closest one to my house. After my visit on Saturday 12/14, I am NEVER going back. In the few times I had been, I noticed they take all walk-ins and prioritize those customers over the ones who had scheduled appointments. I waited over 10 minutes one time for a scheduled appointment while a walk-in was taken right away. It was a slight turn-off, but nothing to keep me from not coming back. But this past visit, I was so appalled and disgusted. I had an appointment and the salon was slow so I got right in. They told me to have a seat at station 7 so I approached the table and there was someone else's belongings still there. They had to move it and I sat down. The nail tech (didn't get a name but he was wearing a gold chain) came and started working on me right away, WITHOUT CHANGING THE TOWEL! There was nail clippings EVERYWHERE from the previous client. I was so disgusted. That day I got an acrylic full set put on and he accidentally got acrylic in my Tiffany & Co wedding ring. He brushed it off saying it would come off, then proceeded to try and get it out with the nail brush. I am so protective of my ring and though it's insured, my husband would KILL ME if anything happened to it. He was so rough on my hands and clipped my skin on my pinky nail. The whole thing was painful and I just wanted it to be over. Our conversation consisted of him asking me if I had kids, and when I replied that no and that we didn't want kids, he seemed so shocked and started speaking in his language to a coworker. When it was FINALLY over, he walked me to the counter and told me it was $35. Then a woman said something in their language and then suddenly my total changed to $37. The salon was SO dirty and the employees dress in dirty clothes. Thank God Utopia will be opening 1/2/20. Polish needs to be shut down.

Got a manicure and pedicure~ Everything seemed very clean and they were very meticulous and took their time even though it was time to go home. Didn’t rush me and did a really nice job! was a very relaxing end to my day and their pricing was great as well. Thank you~ Overall great service. Exceeded expectations.
