First off I booked this appointment i line and I selected to go with Amy. When I got to the shop for my 11 appointment, i east told Amy is off. The lady explained that it doesn’t matter who your appointment is with. Whomever is available at that time will help the next customer.
That exchange alone had me all worked up because the information on their website is deceiving for new customers. Why list a technician who is not available that day?!
Then I was serviced by Lisa who did a horrible job. The right picture is what I asked for and the left is what I got. The job is sloppy. I have glue in my nails. Idk if you can see it, but she left nail polish on my skin and I had to clean it myself when I got home. The color on the top of my nail is not even and you can still see my nail through the acrylic. I don’t think I’ll ever go back there Again unless I get an appointment with Amy herself. She does my mom’s nails and I always love it.

Lori did my pedicure and I didn't notice she didn't scrub ANY of the dead skin off. She pressured me to get a different color than what I had selected. My gel manicure was a different color than what I selected in the color sample book This place used to be a nice nail salon 10 years ago. Now, I can't wait until they shut down. THE WORST.

Very Poor Customer Service
She quickly did .y nails didn't even bother to let me look at them and went directly to ring me up and request a tip. and when I displayed signs of not being Satisfied they didn't give a dam.
Don't come here please there other places more professional.

Love this shop! Normally walk in. Never waited more than 10 minutes to get serviced. I get my eyebrows done here as well.

I’ve come to this nail salon in the past and it’s always been pleasant, but this time around I was waiting for 10 minutes to get an eyebrow wax from which an employee saw my sister and I waiting and asked what we were in for. After about 5 additional minutes another employee comes in with another costumer and rudely tells me to get out of my chair. She never asked if I had been waiting (which I had). After standing in the hall for 2 minutes assessing what just happened with my sister, we decided to leave. I will definitely never come to this nail salon again.
