I trust Diane with my hair cut & color more than anyone. Decades of knowledge, always gives advice & let's me make overall decision. Very thorough & friendly, always does an amazing job whether it's lowlights, highlights, full color or just a cut. I miss having the tanning beds there though.

Went there to get hair dyed blonde. Cost 60.00 came out wrong color
Went back for hair exstensions Cost 600.00 they took a snip of my hair after it was dyed. Put them in wrong color. They told me to come back some nite and they could dye exstentions to match dyed hair color.
Problem is i am leaving in 2 days for 2 weeks out of state. Plus they are closed on Sunday & monday. So today is Sunday and now i have to find a place to get the exstentions dyed. And it was going to cost me another $60.00 to dye exstenstion to match. Why should i pay for there mistake?
