I give 3 stars bc my polish looks good, but everything else was not so good..... I really have a huge issue with sanitation, and none of the tools were sanitized in an autoclave here, which is just scary. She cut my toenails so short that the raw “under the Nail” Skin was visible, so I told her it was hurting. She then touched her gloved fingers to it, mumbled something & proceeded to use a very new file on that Nail first and actually sliced the raw “under my toenail” Skin wide open with that file!!! Ouch! She failed to do the steps they told me would be included in this service. She did not even massage my feet, and that’s my favorite part! She massaged each calf for 45 seconds while the hot towels were on each of my feet over the mask. The mask was only left in my feet for 90 seconds. Why did I pay extra to have the Spa Pedicure for a 90 second foot mask and a 45 second calf stroke?
Poor sanitation & poor service. Won’t be back.

First, the woman who did my nails made racist comments about two women who came in asking about a pedicure and full set. Her comments were generic enough I didn't realize what she was saying until she used the caveat "I don't have a problem with colored people, but..." and then proceeded go at my nails with sharp implements. It caught me off guard, and I seriously considered leaving with my nails a half-done mess. But I let her finish, thinking I'd just leave a review about this place (I see others mentioning they think the employees have a problem with black people--the answer is YES, THEY DO, and they'll apparently tell a white lady all about it). I should have left. If she'd been white, there'd have been no indecision or shock, and I absolutely would have left. New lesson learned and assimilated. I won't make that mistake again.
Also, the polish lasted about 10 hours, and I woke up the next morning with bloody nails. Maybe racist manicures are as weak and mean as the manicurist's character? Seems like.
In short, the job is shoddy, so you're not getting your money's worth if that's your only concerns. More important, you're paying at least one and probably more racists who apparently think it's okay to claim Black women can't make up their minds about what they want, or else they can but they're demanding, and when they come in pairs, she's outnumbered and uncomfortable.
If you're Black, I'd recommend going somewhere you'll be treated with respect and not bad-mouthed simply because of your melanin level. If you're white, I'd recommend bypassing this place because Black women do not deserve to be spoken to snidely and then utterly disrespected after they leave, and you shouldn't support a salon where this happens.
And to the two Black women who came into this place on Mother's Day, one of whom said her phone battery was dead--do NOT return here. Your money spends much better literally anywhere else.

I’m a regular but had such an awful experience with their newest employee this last time. (see my pic with the light pink polish).
I got a fill with gel polish from this White lady (the only one there). She was in such a rush! She kept burning me with the drill even when I told her that it hurt over and over again. My gel polish chipped and peeled within ONE day even though I was careful with it.
I think it was because she shortened the drying times and rushed especially at the end because some other white lady walked in and she wanted to serve her and stopped paying attention to me. She let my top coat dry for only 5 seconds and didn’t even do the final alcohol spray and check because she was so eager to serve that white lady who walked in. I won’t be coming back.

I really feel like they have a problem with black people. This was the worst experience ever. They are rude and extremely unprofessional!!!
