I was visiting family in the area and decided to get my nails done while on vacation. Sadly this establishment was not very good.
I asked to see a price list when I walked in and the woman at the desk instead asked what I wanted done. I told her what I wanted and she quoted me the price of $25. She told me to pick out a color and I told her I wanted a French manicure. After everything was done my nail technician told me it would be $30. I explained I was confused because I was told the price would be $25. They said it was more because of it being a french manicure. I told them that I understood the extra charge but I was not happy that I wasn't given a price list and they were now charging me more than the quoted price. They refused to lower the price to what was originally given me.
Furthermore, my nail technician was working on me and another customer at the same time. I've never been to a salon where I was made to feel like just another person going through the doors.
Finally, when I left the salon my nails were still sticky. That should never happen when they are shellacked. The system they use also has your hands under the UV light for far too long.
There's a chance that it could have been an off day, or that they're understaffed, but I would be wary of going to this salon.

Owner is VERY RUDE, turned away my 95 year old mother TWICE, even though the door says "Walk,-in Welcome". Then proceeded to scold her for not making and appointment, all she cared about was leaving on time at 5:00 pm. She was worried she may have to work a few minutes over. I asked if she could just cut her long nails, and we would come back for a pedicure, she wouldn't even do that. I have been getting my nails done for 40 years at different establishments and have NEVER been treated so badly. Shameful.

Have had them do my nails for years and referred many to them. Love the service and advice I get. Always professional
