2 days ago was my first time since I'm new to the area...When I walked in there was a guy wearing cowboy boots who asked what I needed and he ended up doing my pedicure. He wasn't really warm, friendly and he didn't even smile but he did a really good job on my pedicure.

I have had my nails done for over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever heard of a refill that literally only fills your nail beds and not the entire nail, I mean that is what a "refill" is. When I asked the tech to fill in the entire nail he said that would be an extra $5. The person who processed my payment spoke not one word of English and inserted my card twice so good thing I checked my bank account and sure enough I was charged twice! I showed another worker there and they gave me cash back for the duplicate charge. I will not be going back.

Since management has changed....they do a half ass job on the pedicures all the good employees left. The only good thing is they have more options of color. Im going to find a different place to do my eyebrows as well. These new people suck.
