They listen to my suggestions. All I have to do is speak up. It is never a long wait. They have a rewards program. It's $5 off every 5 visits so that's really cool too. Try them, you'll like it!

I came to this place last minute before a birthday celebration vacation. The customer service was ok. My toe nail polish chipped the next day, and Mary burned my finger with a drill so bad that 5 days later it is a small hole. I would not recommend this place.

I am writing this review and sadly only 2 stars. I was going to this salon for over a year now but I will not be back after yesterday’s experience. The woman who was doing my pedicure made my toe bleed and she didn’t even used gloves. I just hope the instruments were sterilised before she did that. She was very aggressive with pulling the skin off around my toe nails so I wasn’t surprised when it started to bleed. I ended up with very sore toes and no nail varnish on my toe nails due to this. Also she was rinsing the instruments after in the sink used for washing hands for customers... I felt disgusted when I left. I paid $30 for my disaster blood pedicure and they had the cheek to even ask for tip... Also the bathroom I used wasn’t clean. They could do so much better. Hygiene is the first when it comes to salons and spas. Sorry...

They actually take the dead skin off of your feet! They are also kid friendly! I am very pleased with my experience and my pedicure!

Went here with my mom a few days ago to get shellac done, had the shellac start to chip off THE SAME DAY. Ive been getting shellac done for years because it stays on perfectly for at least 2 weeks, I've never had an issue before, I usually go to T&J nails but this place was close to where we were at the time so we decided to try them out based on okay reviews. Had them redo the nails showing the sides and edges that had come off and they just put a clear coat over it instead of actually fixing them. Will never come here again. I do want to add the lady who did my nails was friendly enough but we did not receive what we paid for. Same thing happened to my mom's nails.
