I have been going to Pretty Nails for over 10 years and have never had any real issues with the nail techs. After going there for so many years, I began going to the same nail tech. However, after today's experience, I will no longer go to Pretty Nails. When I walked in, the nail techs there immediately told me that my usual nail tech was off for the day. Usually, I would've left and came back another day, instead I requested to get my nails done by someone else. They told me it would be over an hour wait and I explained that I didn't mind waiting. After sitting for over 30 minutes, I asked if I could begin soaking my feet and start the process to remove my gel polish and I was told no. About 20 minutes later, a nail tech asked if I was waiting for someone specific and I said yes. She then went on to say "are you waiting for someone special to turn your water on too" and laughed with another nail tech. I felt her smart remark was very unnecessary and unprofessional. I, sadly, got up and walked out. I am so disappointed with the way I was treated today and will no longer give them any business.

They don’t take long at all the nails come out cute but they are two high and have a lot of gel colors but not a lot of regular colors....

Very good newer nail technology, very nice nail technicians ! Would definitely recommend 😌
