Went here with my best friend to get our nails done for her birthday! Although, I had a horrible experience starting off when the nail tech paid more attention to her son who was being supervised by his dad and took more attention away from us, the customers, she even at a point left the salon to put him in the car because he wouldn't leave. The nail tech, the only one who knew how to do acrylics, then got up out of her chair and started yelling at the other employee. She started saying she could not do my best friends nails but she could do mine, just because my friend was telling her exactly what I wanted, length, shape etc. (This was also one of the first times I got m y nails done so I wasn't sure what to say). Her friend calmed her down and she sat back down, then said she could take them off or leave them (no acrylic just tips), and I just sat there. I made an appointment and showed her exactly what I wanted, I'm not a model for your page I'm not going to let you do whatever you would like to my hands. She began doing my nails again and made them not only lean upwards, looking very unnatural, not even covering my whole nail, but also so uneven, in length, width and shape. The polish did not even last for three days, using gel I'd hope it would last longer than that but sadly it didn't. She decided to do my friends nails, though when my friend sat down I realized she was using the same tools she used on me for her, and yes we are best friends although she never pulled them out of packaging for me, they were already dirty. She would not listen to what my friend wanted for length though she did not fight her, as she was afraid of another outburst. Hers also came out very uneven and the polish chipped within two days as well, and she had gel as well. We ended up paying and leaving although we had called earlier and were told a full acrylic set was $27, though they also charged $11 for gel and $5 for shaping, which was not mentioned when we made our appointments. Picture is two days after the manicure. I really could not send anyone to this salon with a clean conscience.

It's not the same management buy Sophie and the other girls is why you would be a returning customer. The girls are sweet and have knowledge of nail health. I was going to the more glamorous nail salon but they were just eating away my nails. If you want healthy growing nails and want to maintain them go to pearl nails. They do great eyebrows as well.

I tried this place again after not going for a while, because it's under 'new management." The color on my toes was tacky for days and I took it. Off. Several techs do not know how to apply the powder dip. At the same time as I was starting, a women was leaving very unhappy with her nails. When my tech tried to start she discovered all the brushes had been ruined from improper use. She didn't charge me and applied gel polish. She was trying to be professional but was furious with her technician who seemed unaffected and all the while shrugged it off and continued looking at her phone. They have work to do to get loyal customers.

Wasn't let in on time but they were very nice and went at nice speed. I got a manicure and the nails are beautiful. Very affordable.

The best prices in town and the girls do very good liquid acrylic and gel UV color, but without an appointment on the weekends, plan to wait. This is not a walk in and get seated Nail Salon. They rarely have more then 3 girls working and have just a few UV light machines. Long time clients know to make appointments. Weekday evenings at 5:30-6pm you can usually walk in and get seen.
