Today I had a nice pedicure... Last time I got a fill & all they wanted to do was sell me a NEW set & cut down my nice long natural nails, ugh! So she did a half-assed job & cut me several times.

Worst plave ever! I gave this place 3 chances too, Ugghh where do I begin?! I don't know why they call themselves Exotic Nails because there is nothing exotic about them they will not do a designs other than what a 6 year old can do, super thick crooked nails, lame pedis, & the ladies will talk about you in their language & make it very obvious that they are. I would tolerate their rudeness if they did good nails but they don't they are horrible! Screw this place!!!!!! Even the Mini mall does way better work than here. They are FAR from professional nail artist

I've been here twice, because I couldn't find a better place by the time I needed my nails done. I loved my pedicure. That woman did a good job with it. My full set came out just OK. My nails looked clean, but closely you could see that some nails were thicker than others (by alot), different shapes (all coffin shape but nails on one hand weren't as narrow as the nails on the other hand. And there was glue under my nail, that was also glued onto my skin.. I also took my daughter and her friend to get their feet done. They're both 9 years old, and because my daughter is taller than her friend, i had to pay extra for my girl. I explained several times, which did not change a thing. I still had to pay extra. And to make things worse, their polish work was done poorly, and came off later that day! Won't be going back. I'll keep searching

I give a 1 star because my nails came out good. But their service and the owner are fn' rude. My nail broke a week later came back to fix and he said, we don't have time for that! Not giving them my money anymore.

The owner was very rude had a bad attitude, VERY bad customer service , ugly nails very lazy workers .
