The salon was not clean. Granted they are in the process of moving, but the manicure towel was filthy and already used. I had 4 different technicians. One started my pedicure, another painted my toes. Another started my manicure and another painted my nails. Their website stated a mani/pedi was $35. It was actually $43. When I mentioned that fact, the owner (or manager) was very belligerent. I was fine with the $43, but thought they should update their website. One manicurist felt bad and refunded some of the difference although that was not what I was asking.

I had a male technician that did not care about my nails. Rushed the entire process from start to finish. Sloppy work and then tried to overcharge me for a full set regular when they have it advertised as $27. My fill is lumpy and my paint is already chipping (less then 12 hours).
Had a a technician fix what he messed up and blamed me for not stopping him in the process. I shouldn’t have to. Also the place is dirty and unorganized. Tools looked filthy and overused. Overall this place is trash and I won’t be coming back.

if i could leave a negative star i would!!! worst place ever! will never come back. gel polish im sure was diluted and watered down. my nails are see through! does not look like gel at all. he also left bubbles in my nails. poor job and had the nerve to argue with me and snatch my hand.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in for a simple polish change. Once I sat down an older gentleman told me I needed a fill so I told him that was fine. While doing my fill he popped off 4 of my nails without asking me. He put new tips on and of course charged me for them. He shaped my nails horribly to the point 1 nail tip was pretty much gone and all of the others were crooked. I repeatedly asked him to fix but it didn't seem like he could. The whole time the owner is watching from the next table and never stepped in. After the shaping I decided that I had enough and told him to stop and that I would pay for this portion and would be leaving. They still took my money without any resolve. Bad tech+bad customer service=bad business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
