I have my favorite hair stylist Micky whom is amazing! She knows what I want and also add a little bit of her own style to my haircut. I don't get my haircut often as I would love to but when I do I actually drive an hour to get it cut from her. Regis is clean you don't need an appointment unless you want a certain stylist. Prices are very reasonable for cuts, I don't know what they charge for color but I'm sure it's reasonable also.

Refused to give me the color I wanted unless I lightened it, agreed to lighten it and still wouldn't do it. Blamed it on the perm I got two MONTHS ago!! I called the salon that did said perm and they said, including lightening, I could do that two weeks after and it's fine. Don't mistake covienence for quality, they aren't worth it. If your looking for a good, honest stylist check out the Design Group!!

This is my choice for Hair Salon's. Great people always listen and the new Manager cares. Would recommend to friends for price and satisfaction

Dont waste your time or money. 24 to have an in cut off my husband's hair. Looks horrible. Its uneven. His hair grows fast and it had become a mullet due to time to make it to get it cut. He still has a mullet even after 2 uneven trims by her. Definitely not worth the 24dollars we were charged. Only reason they got a one star is that is the only way to give a review. It would have been no stars if that was a choice

I have visited this salon once years ago. I tried to go back but there is one stylist there who I want NOTHING to do with. I know she has worked there for many years, can’t remembe her name, I know she has short red and blonde hair. Anyway. This particular stylist is incredibly rude, not only to customers but to fellow staff as well. The fact that this company has kept her this long is beyond me. On top of her horrible attitude she totally wrecked my hair. I was trying to go blonde, I know this is a process, but she let me leave cream sickle orange! She even tried to make me feel like it was my fault. YOU are the professional, YOU are the one who is supposed to know what they are doing. As long as that one works there I will never give this salon another chance.
