I have had my nails done for about 25 years. I moved to Albuquerque from Denver 13 years ago. I have have gone to many nail salons over the years. Top care nails is by far the best! Bo has been doing my acrylic nails for about 4 years. The owners and all the staff are very good and professional. I highly recommend Top Care nails!

I have had a hard time finding a nail salon in Albuquerque that I really like. This might be the one! I went in with a picture of what I wanted and Cindy did a great job of giving me what I asked for. She took her time and was meticulous with her filing and painting, which I appreciated, even though it was already past closing time. Next time I will get a rebase and add a pedicure. I'm optimistic that I found my new nail salon.

My friend & I have been going to top nail care every month for the last year. It is a good location between her house & mine. $55 for mani-pedi with gel polish. We tip $5-10 on top. $65 for polish. No arcrylic nails JUST gel polish. I usually get glitter color or French tips. Today we were told to wait & as we waited 2 women came in & were helped immediately. We reminded the woman we had been waiting. A few minutes later we were set up. I showed the man a picture of the nail polish & design I wanted. He ignored my request. When I reminded him he did a sloppy paint job and cut my cuticle causing bleeding through the process. Wax was stuck under my nails when I asked him to remove the wax that was also done sloppy, so I just picked the wax out myself. I go to pay & the cost is now $72! I ask why they say gel is more, French tips are more. I explain its always been $55 & we tip, so Idk why its more this time. The owner a female gets involved and immediately has attitude asking why its such a problem to pay $72. I explain again I've always been charged $55. She then demands I show her a picture of my nails before & prove I paid $55. This request is impossible because I don't have a pic of my nails before but I did have French tips & the man had removed the polish & he saw them in the beginning. The nail tech that did my nails last month & painted the French tips was there. I explain again that She painted the French tips & charged me $55 like every month before. The woman then says "do wanna listen to me & understand what I am telling u" at this point I am very upset. I will not listen to u if u are going to be disrespectful and rude! We come here monthly I just talked to u last month. If your prices have changed that's fine, but I wasn't informed of any price change. Again this is not a acrylic set of nails! This is just a basic mani pedi with gel polish, that was rushed & done sloppy and you want $72! We will never go back! My friend & I gladly spent $130 minimum monthly & we were treated very poorly, disrespected, & ripped off!. They are vile, rude, & disrespectful. Don't waste your time or your money at this place! They won't appreciate your business or your hard earned money!
